For this one we tried something we have been thinking about for a while!
The beer is hopped with Super Sauvin and Mega Motueka from @freestylehops which are infused with @phantasm.nz, a product derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. When a beer made with this is fermented with a thiolised yeast strain you can access some unique fruity notes not normally possible, so we did exactly that."
